The term burnout is defined as:
A psycho-vegetarian exhaustion syndrome due to chronic
stress reaction; It is not a clearly defined clinical picture, nor is it a
self-diagnosis.
Here, too, usually the problem arises; That only physical
disorders are diagnosed in the affected person and the burnout syndrome is not
recognized as symptomatic.
Many symptoms have the same characteristics as the
depression. This chronic stress has, of course, physical effects, but also
psychological and mental.
Simply put, burnout syndrome is a long-lasting energy
release with low energy consumption. Too much giving and getting too little
brings imbalance and leads to disturbances on the physical psychological and
mental level. It is characterized by the loss of the natural ability to
regenerate.
The massive physical and psychological effects are often
underestimated. Body, mind and soul are out of balance.
Chronic stress, energy deficit, and chronic fatigue can lead
to massive cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal complaints, tinnitus,
headaches, sleep disorders, sexual dysfunction, overloading of the immune
system, to collapse or autoimmune diseases.
The psychological pressure of suffering is also enormous:
feelings of restlessness, nervousness, anxiety, cynicism, negative attitude,
helplessness and hopelessness and abandonment. Existential despair and the feeling
of total meaninglessness often end in the painful Loss of vitality,
life-expectancy and the accident from the professional, social and family life.
